We will then endeavor to do our best to solve the problem. Refunds can be given upon full receipt of the goods in its original packaging and unused within 14 days of receipt. Postage and packaging costs cannot be refunded. Please note you are responsible for return postage costs. You are responsible for any returned goods until they reach us so we strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage.
